V & M Ivano Cot Simple cot, three position mattress base and drop side and castors for easy manoeuvre. The Ivano has been designed to brighten the nursery with the fun star and circle design on the end panel in unisex colours. The white finish is not a high gloss and allows some of texture and features of the wood to show through. The side rails are fitted with teething rails to prevent baby from chewing the wood, one side is fitted with a simple drop side mechanism designed to be easy for the parent but impossible for a toddler to work. The side will allow easy access to place a sleeping baby into the cot and to lift the young baby. The mattress base can be fitted in a choice of 3 positions saving you bending when putting the young baby into the cot but when placed on the lowest setting is sufficiently deep to prevent a youngster from escaping without your knowledge. The cot is supplied flat packed and will easily fit back in the box when it is no longer needed. Assembly is quick and simple all fittings are simply screwed into position using the allen key provided. Castors are supplied making it easy to get to the lost toys and socks that always squeeze down the side of the cot. Two of the castors have locks to ensure the cot stays put, but should you not wish to use the castors the cot can be used without.
